Cosmetic packaging materials are divided into main containers and auxiliary materials. The main containers usually include: plastic bottles, glass bottles, hoses, and vacuum bottles. 1. Plastic bottles

1. Plastic bottles are usually made of PP, PE, K material, AS, ABS, acrylic, PET, etc.

2. Cream bottles, bottle caps, bottle stoppers, gaskets, pump heads, and dust covers with thicker walls are usually used for cosmetics, which are injection molded; PET blow bottles are two-step molding, tube embryos are injection molded, and finished product packaging is blown bottles. Others such as lotion bottles and washing bottles with thinner walls are blown bottles.

3. PET material is an environmentally friendly material with high barrier properties, light weight, unbreakable characteristics, chemical resistance, and strong transparency. It can be made into pearlescent, colored, magnetic white, and transparent, and is widely used in packing gel water. The bottle mouth is generally a standard 16#, 18#, 22#, and 24# caliber, which can be used with a pump head.
4. Acrylic material is injection molding bottle, which has poor chemical resistance. Generally, it cannot be directly loaded with paste. It needs to be equipped with an inner liner to block it. It is not easy to fill it too full to prevent the paste from entering between the inner liner and the acrylic bottle to avoid cracking. The packaging requirements are high during transportation because it looks particularly obvious after being scratched. It has high permeability and a thick upper wall, but the price is quite expensive.
5. AS, ABS: AS has better transparency than ABS and better toughness.
6. Mold development cost: Blowing mold is 1,500 yuan to 4,000 yuan, and injection mold is 8,000 yuan to 20,000 yuan. Stainless steel molds are more expensive than alloy materials, but they are durable. How many molds are produced at a time depends on the production volume. If the production volume is large, you can choose a mold with one out of four or one out of six. Customers can decide for themselves.
7. The order quantity is generally 3,000 to 10,000 pieces. The color can be customized. Usually, the primary color frosting and magnetic white are mainly used, or pearlescent powder effect is added. Although the bottle and the cap are matched with the same masterbatch, sometimes the color is different due to the different materials used for the bottle and the cap.
8. Silk screen printing has ordinary ink and UV ink. UV ink has better effect, gloss and three-dimensional sense. During production, the color should be confirmed by making a plate first. The silk screen effect on different materials will be different.
9. The processing technology such as hot stamping and hot silver is different from the effect of printing gold powder and silver powder. Hard materials and smooth surfaces are more suitable for hot stamping and hot silver. The hot stamping effect of soft surfaces is not good and easy to fall off. The gloss of hot stamping and hot silver is better than that of printing gold and silver.
10. Silk screen printing film should be negative, the image effect is black, and the background color is transparent. Hot stamping and hot silver technology should be positive, the image effect is transparent, and the background color is black. The proportion of text and pattern should not be too small or too fine, otherwise the effect will not be printed.
11. Bottle caps are generally equipped with inner gaskets, pull caps, and inner plugs. Very few are equipped with small spoons or droppers, which are mainly considered for its sealing and ease of use.
12. The production cycle is relatively moderate, about 15 days. Silk-screen cylindrical bottles are calculated as single colors, flat bottles or special-shaped bottles are calculated as two-color or multi-color. Usually, the first silk-screen screen fee or fixture fee is charged. The unit price of silk-screen printing is generally 0.08 yuan/color to 0.1 yuan/color, the screen is 100 yuan-200 yuan/style, and the fixture is about 50 yuan/piece.
